Microsoft is making several of its key apps and services smarter with the addition of new Artificial Intelligence-based features. Office 365 and other Microsoft apps are getting new A.I. updated features the company announced on December 13th. Many of these new features include data based research that can look into documents and emails for words and phrases commonly used in the company.
Google is rolling out new languages and categories for templates in Docs, Sheets, and Slides, but only for G Suite customers. Experts at Google have updated templates for productivity apps in getting new languages built in including: Hindi, German, Japanese, Dutch, and Chinese. This update will broaden Google’s audience to many different countries across the globe.
Amazon announced a preview release of AWS IoT Analytics. According to Infoq.com, “AWS IoT Analytics is the latest fully managed service offering of AWS IoT for performing advanced analytics on data ingested from IoT devices and customers can take advantage of typical cloud computing benefits such as automatic scaling and pay-as-you-go pricing models.”
