Dropbox has been trying to make the leap to go public since that came to be almost a decade ago. Dropbox has confirmed that they have made an IPO of $500 million and will trade on the Nasdaq under the “DBX” symbol. Dropbox’s user growth can make this possible with an increase of 6.5 million users in 2016 to 11 million users in 2017.
