Before we begin, you will need to have already downloaded Office 2013 and configured your Email account within Outlook 2013. Now, lets go ahead and get started on creating your Signature within Outlook 2013.
First you will want to open Outlook 2013, once opened, click on File, located at the top left hand corner.
Next click on Options, from the left hand side.
From the Outlook Options Window that appears click on Mail from the left hand side.
Under Compose messages, you will find a setting called “Create or modify signatures for messages” click on Signatures…
The Signatures and Stationery Window will appear. Click on New, and add a descriptive name for your Signature. Next within the Edit Signature box, go ahead and create your Signature. Once finished, click on Save.
To add Images to your signature, you will need to click on the Add an Image button located to the far right of the Signatures and Stationery window.
Once you have saved your Signature, you can select, when to use your new Signature. Within the Choose default signature section, you can select your Email account, you can decide whether to use it on new Emails Message, or if you would like to use it in Replies and Forwards. Once you have configured these settings click on Ok twice.
You have now created a new Email Signature within Outlook 2013
